Energy Management follows a general framework outlined in the 5 Principals. However, each client requires a unique solution based on available opportunities, corporate culture, current situation, market exposure, risk tolerance and a host of other factors.
The first and most important step is conducting interviews of corporate and facility stakeholders to determine what makes your organization unique.
Next, we conduct a baseline review of the energy consumption and cost chain of each facility. The baseline produces an energy profile for each facility along with recommendations for specific opportunities available to each facility. Not all facilities will have the same opportunities or need the same level of management.
Specific opportunities are then researched and reviewed at the facility level using plain language and a traditional cost/benefit analysis. EnerVantage will support implementation and monitoring as directed by the client.
